I’m Cordula Winkler, and I’m delighted you are interested in my online sessions. Your privacy is very important to me, so here I explain which data I collect and how I protect it.

2. What data I collect

To manage your bookings and conduct the online sessions, I collect some personal information, such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Payment information

  • Booking and appointment details

  • Communication regarding your appointments

Don’t worry: everything you share with me during our session remains strictly confidential.

 

3. Why I use your data

I only use your data to:

  • manage your bookings and appointments

  • conduct the online sessions

  • process payments

  • securely communicate with you if needed

  • comply with legal retention obligations

 

4. Legal basis

Your data is processed based on:

  • Contract fulfillment (so that your session can take place)

  • Legal obligations

  • My legitimate interest in providing a safe and functional service for you

5. Zoom

We meet online via Zoom. During this, data such as your name, email, audio, and possibly video is processed. Zoom may process this data outside the EU, but Google/Zoom ensures that this is GDPR compliant.

 

6. Payment processing

You can pay via PayPal or credit card. Only the necessary information for processing the payment is transmitted. I do not have access to your full credit card details. You can read PayPal’s privacy policy here: PayPal Privacy .

 

7. Cookies

To make my website work correctly, I use only necessary cookies, for example for the booking system. No additional cookies are currently used.

 

8. Hosting – Wix

My website is hosted by Wix.com. Some data may be processed on Wix servers within the EU or, if necessary, in third countries. Wix commits to handling your data in a GDPR compliant manner.

 

9. Fonts

To make the website look consistent and visually pleasant, I use Google Fonts. When loading fonts, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. This is done to ensure the website looks nice for you. More info: Google Fonts FAQ

 

10. How long I store your data

I store your personal data only as long as it is necessary or legally required. Afterwards, it is deleted.

 

11. Confidentiality of your session

Everything I share with you during our session stays strictly confidential. I do not record sessions or share any information with third parties.

 

12. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access your data

  • correct your data

  • request deletion

  • request restriction of processing data portability object to processing

13. Right to lodge a complaint

If you feel that I am not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

 

14. Updates

This privacy policy is valid from 02/13/2026 and may be updated as needed.
