Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany
– hereinafter referred to as “the Provider” –
and clients for the booking of online sessions (mediumship).
2. Nature of the Service
(1) The Provider offers online sessions in the form of so-called mediumship.
(2) The services are provided exclusively for spiritual and personal guidance and support.
(3) The services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, healing, or other professional treatment.
(4) No specific results, messages, or perceptions are owed or guaranteed.
3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) Bookings are made online via the Provider’s website or booking system.
(2) By completing the booking, the client submits a binding offer to enter into a contract.
(3) The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Provider.
4. Prices and Payment
(1) The prices stated at the time of booking shall apply.
(2) Payment is due in advance.
(3) The session will only be conducted after full payment has been received.
(4) By completing the booking, the client agrees that this is a digital service provided at the scheduled time. Once the session has been conducted, no refunds will be given. This also applies in the case of subsequent payment disputes via payment service providers.
5. Cancelations and Rescheduling
(1) Cancelations are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
(2) In the event of later cancelations or failure to attend the appointment, no refund will be issued.
(3) Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
(4) Rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the appointment is excluded.
6. Refund Policy in Case of Non-Recognition
(1) If the client does not clearly recognize the connection to the deceased person established by the Provider within the first eight minutes of the session, the full amount paid will be refunded.
(2) The decisive factor is the client’s subjective assessment within this time period.
(3) After the first eight minutes have elapsed, the session shall be deemed to have commenced and been performed; no refund shall be granted thereafter.
(4) This regulation applies exclusively to the initial start of the session and not to technical interruptions.
7. Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
(2) The right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356 (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if

the service is connected to a specific date or period, and
-
the contract is concluded less than 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
(3) By completing the booking, the client expressly agrees that the service shall be provided on the scheduled date and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires in such cases.
8. Liability
(1) Participation in the sessions is voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.
(2) The Provider accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken by the client based on or following a session.
(3) No liability is assumed for technical disruptions beyond the Provider’s control.
(4) The provisions of the Disclaimer apply additionally and form an integral part of this contract.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
